A place constructed at the heart of the city, built in honor of the 15 Bicol martyrs.
History records that 15 men (most of them are masons) were arrested in Bicol some time in September 1896 for complicity in the Katipunan. after enduring verbal and physical amuse in the province, they were transported on board the steamer Isarog to manila, where they were imprisoned in Bilibid, except for the priests who were kept in San Agustin.
